Training and
coaching pack
Our Training and coaching standard pack includes:
2-day session: training + practice exercises
1 training guide for each trainee (Readelligent® Writing method)
1 writing assistance software license for each trainee (MRS Word or MRS Writer licence)
3 months of writing software support/warranty
1 Readelligent® Writing example package
2-hour teletraining session of MRS software reminders/support, two weeks after training
Coaching: 1 assessment of one document per trainee;
1-hour tailored feedback.
MRS Word reminder
2 weeks after training, Artecomm organizes a 2-hour teletraining session. Trainees mau ask questions about MRS software, voice concerns, and share advanced fucntions.Coaching
A few weeks after training:- Trainees send Artecomm a business document made with Readelligent® Writing.
- Artecomm assesses it and returns to the trainees a check sheet and guidelines to progress, during an individual 1-hour meeting (on site or on the phone).
“6-month checkup” option
To optimize training program effectiveness, we recommand the “6-month checkup” option.After 6 months of method use, trainees submit a document to an Artecomm trainer during an individual session. The trainer analyzes the document and gives suggestions for continued progress.
