Teletraining

Since 2008, more than 100 teletraining sessions have been run.

What is a
teletraining session?

Our trainers lead teletraining sessions from their offices, eliminating travel expenses. During teletraining sessions, we share files with trainees over an internet connection.
Trainees participate in teletraining sessions:
- from the comfort of their own offices, with a computer
- connected via the Internet to a “virtual training room,” hosted by Webex
- connected to an audio conference service
 
Trainees can watch what happens on the trainer’s computer on their own screens. In this way, a dialogue is set up.

Artecomm performs the following training modules via teletraining:

- MRS improvement
- MRS upgrading following software upgrade.
